We follow the 3 step methodology - first learn, then solve and eventually save (in terms of time and financials involved), for every project.

The First Step: Upon receiving your project requirments, we send you a customized questionary to be answered, This would help us better understand the exact needs of the project and eventually will help us see your vision of the result that you expect from us. Since no two projects are alike - the questionary tends to change on project to project basis.

The Second Step: Based on the First step, the designing/development process begins. You will have a Project Manager allocated to your work who would keep you informed of the development process along with the progress against the time schedule chart. The time schedule chart will be presented to you before the design/development process is commenced.

The Third Step: Our Liverage to hire additional IT staff and clear understanding of your project requirment in the beginning helps us to give the results in the stipulated time frame, as such there are no time overruns and hence no Budget overruns - except for the fact when the project requirments change after the "Scope of Work" has been finalized.
